The Sustainable HRM Research examines how sustainable HRM policies, sustainable HRM systems, practices and processes are implemented in private and public organizations based on case studies. In addition, this research analyzes the effects of sustainable HRM on the organization and on individual employees. An additional focus alongside private and public organizations is on family businesses. The aim is to contribute to the scientific understanding of sustainable HRM, to objectify the effects of sustainable HRM policy and thirdly to develop a scientific methodology with tools tailored to the sectors involved that stimulate sustainable HRM thinking and acting.

The objective is threefold, scientifically substantiating sustainable HRM, objectifying the effects of sustainable HRM policy and thirdly creating a scientific methodology with tools tailored to the sectors involved that stimulate sustainable HRM thinking and acting.
