The objective of this project is to deepen and broaden the ethical competences of managers through developed innovative and attractive training. The training will identify learning objectives and offer targeted training that has been assessed against the EQ framework.

In addition, the project aims to promote ethical competencies (skills, knowledge, attitudes) with regard to CSR in higher education and business. The basis for this is the United Nations Strategic Development Goals (SDGs).

The third objective of the project is to create a network of companies interested in innovative training methods (including non-formal and informal education) with regard to CSR and the SDGs.
