What are the levers and factors that ensure that a family business can survive in the long term and remain successful? That question has been investigated in recent months at the request of the Family Business Institute by Prof. Johan Lambrecht (KU Leuven). The research yields a new and unique model with 10 lessons for a long-term existence as a family business.
